Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and social media advertising. This role requires hands-on experience with WordPress for website management and content updates. Bonus points for candidates with video editing and Photoshop skills to enhance our visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities:  

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.  
  • Develop and execute social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, tailored to target audiences.  
  • Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.  
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital content and ensure consistency across all channels.  
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.  
  • Edit videos and design graphics using tools like Photoshop to support campaign assets and social media content.

Qualifications:  

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  
  • Proven experience creating and managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving measurable results.  
  • Demonstrated success in running paid social media advertising campaigns across major platforms.  
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress for website management and content updates.  
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and campaign optimization techniques.  
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and Photoshop is a plus.  
  • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:  

  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.  
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).  
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
